3. Products & Print-on-Demand All MITJOO products are made to order through third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partners. As a result:

  • Each item is uniquely produced at the time of purchase
  • Slight variations in color, print placement, or texture may occur
  • These variations do not constitute defects or grounds for a refund

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice
  • Payment must be completed at the time of purchase
  • We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout

5. Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders are sent to production shortly after purchase and cannot be cancelled once in production
  • Please review your order carefully before completing checkout
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed
  • MITJOO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective
  • Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence
  • Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion
  • We do not accept returns for size preference or change of mind

8. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, logos, and content on mitjoo.com are the exclusive property of MITJOO and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
