1. Processing Time All MITJOO products are made to order. Orders typically require 2–7 business days for production before shipping. This is in addition to the shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL depending on your location and the fulfillment partner. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
5. International Shipping
- We ship to most countries worldwide
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer
- MITJOO is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first
- MITJOO is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- For packages lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
7. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. MITJOO is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is in production.
